We are the newest division of the Akator International and will service the Greater Pittsburgh/ South Western PA area. We specialize in residential new, urban infill and rehab construction. Our construction practices have a solid basis in high performance and energy efficient construction. We have a vast network of capable subcontractors, design professionals and engineers.

Akator Construction also has a wealth of experience working in complex urban environments as well as adhering to the strict requirements of government funded projects and bank funded construction loans. We understand the relationships that people have with their communities and are always looking to create solutions that have the community’s best interest in mind.
